Cancellation Policy

For a 1 room (or 1 Apartment), 1 night booking, should you need to cancel your room, you will be charged your part payment of £50, up to 3 days before check in, or if cancelled WITHIN 3 days of your stay, the FULL payment for your stay will be chargeable.

For a 1 room (or an Apartment), 2 to 6 nights, should you need to cancel your room, you will be charged your part payment of £** (half of your total invoice), up to 5 days before check in, or if cancelled WITHIN 5 days of your stay, the FULL payment for your stay will be chargeable.

For a 1 room (or an Apartment), 7 nights or more, should you need to cancel your room, you will be charged your part payment of £** (half of your total invoice), up to 7 days before check in, or if cancelled WITHIN 7 days of your stay, the FULL payment for your stay will be chargeable.

For a 2 to 5 room (or 2 to 6 Apartments), 1 night booking, should you need to cancel any or all of your rooms, you will be charged your part payment of £** (half of your total invoice), up to 5 days before check in, or if cancelled WITHIN 5 days of your stay, the FULL payment for your stay will be chargeable.

Day 7 (168 hours) 7 nights or more cancellation, BEFORE 2pm
Day 6 (144 hours)
Day 5 (120 hours) 2 to 6 night stay cancellation, BEFORE 2pm (and 2 to 5 rooms, 1 night)
Day 4 (96 hours)
Day 3 (72 hours) 1 night stay cancellation, BEFORE 2pm

Smoking Policy – In conjunction with the law we have a strict NO smoking policy in ALL internal areas of Channels Lodge and Chelmsford Serviced Apartments. Should any customer who chooses to ignore this, they will be charged £100.00 for cleaning and inconvenience caused to other guests. This also applies to smoking out of the windows, please don’t do it.
